The A200 audioport is a good alternative for people who would like amplified sound occasionally, but do NOT want to wear a hearing aid. Two integrated microphones transmit voices and sounds in detail and amplified to the ears. Furthermore, the 200 is very easy to use. The on/off switch and volume control are positioned directly on the receiver. And when it is not needed, it is simply put in the cradle to recharge.
